Bestech Central Square Mall — Local services in Gurugram District

I have been a loyal customer of Grace & Glamour sector 57 for 10 years, but the level of service in the last 6 months has dropped drastically. Today’s incident has left me extremely disappointed.

My daughter visited the salon for the ₹399 waxing offer, but the service was done only till half the thighs. She was then forced to pay an additional ₹200 to complete the waxing, and shockingly, she was not even allowed to leave until she paid. This is nothing short of harassment.

To add to this, the receptionist, Ms. Nisha Sharma, behaved rudely and without any manners. Such arrogance and lack of respect towards customers are unacceptable.

Spoke to the owner and informed him of his staff’s unprofessional behavior and such misleading practices are tarnishing the reputation of your salon. A multi service complex having stores like Pharmacy, food etc like 24x7, Major banks like HDFC and IDBI, Salons etc. Well located @ Sector 57, opp. Sector 56 across the road. It is part of a location where complexes and stores like Hongkong Bazaar, At Cost - Veg Fruit and Grocery store, a few Furnishing stores and Many Property Dealer's offices nearby. Only & the Biggest drawback is that the approach road is like a dug up field, 3 out of 4 wheels of a vehicle are in a Pothole @ any given time. Trafic Congestion is Very bad, wait time to enter or exit is anywhere between 5 to 15 minutes. Rampant parking on both sides of the roads and internal colony roads leads to problems for the residents too.
