UPDATE: The store manager calls and apologises and offers a complimentary treat for next time, himself insisting without asking. When I actually call him to check if he is genuine, he just gives excuses and stops to respond.

Hair in the pizzas is a new fashion it seems. Felt so bad and disgusting that even such brands are also doing so bad in terms of basic hygiene.

Ordered the food on Saturday night, even though it was delivered in good time, we have to put pizza in microwave is it seemed only half baked, garlic bread smelled of the cardboard box it came packed in...all that was ok until the hair was noticed while eating. Taste and quality can sometimes fluctuate but hygiene in era of pandemic is...

It's been a week now that I had given a feedback..and as requested below given the details too. Still no resolution has been provided. This is a commendable customer service speed !!!!!!!!! I hope there is someone in higher authority too out there in Pizza hut who can understand what customer centricity is !! Very disappointing approach towards your regular customers .

Ordered pizza at 8.55.received at 9.40pm. Both the pizzas are overcooked . The cheese in the crust is dried,the toppings are over cooked ..nearly burnt,reduced to dried pieces. Called the restaurant,four times,no one is answering. I wish I could get my money back....

Visited this outlet recently. The staff was polite and service was quick, which was appreciated. The ambience was clean and seating was comfortable.

However, the taste of the food was quite disappointing. The pizza had very little cheese, making it feel like we were just eating bread with tomato chutney. It lacked the richness and flavor you normally expect from Pizza Hut. The toppings were also minimal and didn’t add much to the overall taste.

For a brand known for cheesy, indulgent pizzas, this experience really missed the mark. The only saving grace was the service.
