G Pulla Reddy Sweets - Dilsukhanagar — Local services in Hyderabad

Was caught by ugly surprise to see that there is a new policy in place at the historic and famous g Pulla reddy sweets at Hyderabad. Now they are charging for each “gram” of sweet being weighed . That’s ridiculous . The bill I attached here itself is a proof. It’s better they sell not by weight but by piece wise. Really too much of commercial thought and policy . I never saw any other well known sweet shop doing this . Not sure who took such anti decision . Iam sure none of the customers will like this type of treatment . Iam still in a shock . Iam sure g pulla reddy will loose business because of this new policy . After all it’s a sweet shop and not a gold shop . I hope this feedback reaches the management and they reverse such policy and avoid loosing long time...

This is specific to Diwali day only: Hard to say the fact that, every year I had been visiting this store, returning back hearing no stock of pheni sweet at all. Third year in a row. I have shifted to pothgaal stores from this year. Apart from pheni, I don't have any problem with pulla reddy. I visit a couple of times a month. Purchasing minimal quantity with great quality. I'm not a buyer of sweets in KH's. But in tiny quantities and experience the freshness, the original taste, not just sweets, cookies, especially pickles & powders are regular ones on my list. I have been visiting pullareddy from abids. Happy that they started many branches near by Kothapet. Always feel pleasure with best taste of pure ghee sweets...
