ICICI Bank has given an offer of 5% cash back to the purchases made at Big Bazar above Rs.2500/-, I was not given this offer though I made purchases around Rs.4300/- on 1.9.2016.

The person on the billing counter suggested me to break my bill in to 2 bills (Rs.2500/- one bill and another for Rs,1800/- ) as Big Bazar gave some discount coupons to me which are on utensils and non- required products.

After reading the offer of ICICI Bank, I got in touch with Big Bazar, Kalyan who offered me to pay Rs.125/- being 5% of first bill i.e. Rs. 2,500/-. This has resulted in loss of Rs.115/-.

Though ICICI Bank has introduced the scheme of 5% cash back, even after repeatedly asking to the person on the billing counter about any offer for today he did not tell me about 5% cash back offer from ICICI Bank and asked me to bill in to 2 bills for Big Bazar's coupon offer. This has deprived me of my genuine benefit offered by ICICI Bank.

In the instant case, what can be done now, kindly...

Much can be done to improve customer's ease of shopping and convenience...although store fsi is huge...improper methods of display and storage negates this advantage..cleanliness and orderliness is grossly missing..staff is busy amongst themselves...this affects stores reputation and sends negative signals against those responsible for managing the store..some section's.... especially dry groceries need immediate attention to induct orderliness..as its difficult to navigate through it....my opinion is.....good fairly qualified and experienced staff adequately trained could bring about a remarkable change....store enjoys popularity solely because of the absence of...

i visted Big Bazar at kalyan metro junction mall and it happens every single time i visit there, I really do not understand why they don't leave me when i say "no don't want credit card", these people should be charged for harassing people. I choose Big Bazar because i hate to indulge in conversation with shop keeper and don't want him to stick at my back for buying things but i really get here same thing, i would say its even worst. These people wont leave your back, they literally asked for my pan card to verify if i have credit card or not and they didn't left untill they verified it. I don't like going back to that place and wont reccomend any...
