Don't buy flats from this builder I will tell you my experience I bought flat in Bentley Goldberg Phase-1 and Dec 2023 was RERA date for builder to complete everything but it was not completed on time. Now we are shifted to the property and still may works are pending mainly the security work that is boundarywall still not completed. Now the best part is they don't have master plan for where to keep garbage room. Now they decided to create garbage room between two flats in a small open area. I haven't seen any society where the garbage room is in middle or in between any flats balcony or utility area. All society peoples are against this structure but still they are building it here. these are just few major issues I have a very long list of issues. Low build quality, crakes in walls etc.. n number of issues. Please be aware Go with A class builders they charge little high but you will be having peaceful life. I purchased flat on 2019 and got parking space after 2 years and still having issue with bathroom seepage that is more common in all flats across Bavisha homes. I am not happy since it is more deviated ( party hall, gym etc. from actual shower on the prospect. At the time of purchase that said everything to be delivered but after 2 to 3 year they will not accept the issue which we are facing . Be careful to purchase flat from any builder. They said owner need to grouting every year and this is out of scope from the end to repair it.
