I want to talk about the great experience I’ve had and still enjoying at Godrej Royale Woods. I registered my flat in January 2024, and since moving in, it’s been a peaceful and enjoyable year of journey. Living in this beautiful, green property with top-notch amenities has been wonderful throughout the year. On top of that, I’m proud to run the cafeteria in the project, which feels like an achievement. I have to thank Godrej, their team, and especially Mr. Suhas for making everything so smooth, even now.

When I first booked the flat, Mr. Suhas was assigned as my relationship manager, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide me. He supported me at every step—from preparing the sale deed and completing the registration process to the handover and even answering maintenance-related questions after I moved in. His dedication and support were truly outstanding even post possession of the flat.

What stood out most about Mr. Suhas was how quick and efficient he is. He always responded to my calls and emails promptly, even when things were urgent, which made a big difference. I’ve interacted with other RMs from different builders before, but I’ve never come across someone as customer-focused as him.

Managing so many flat owners during and after handovers must be a tough job, as I have observed that RMs need to put in extra efforts and work over-time during this phase, but Mr. Suhas always maintained his professionalism while being patient, friendly and approachable. His efforts made my entire journey with Godrej Royale Woods a memorable one. I genuinely appreciate all the hard work he put into helping me.

I feel lucky to have had someone so reliable and committed as part of the team. I’m sure his dedication plays a huge role in keeping customers happy, as I even now keep hearing here and there about his wonderful customer service experiences from my new neighbors and cafe customers as well and that created a nostalgia for me to write this review and share my pleasant experience. With his work ethic, I know he’ll continue to delight customers in any of the future projects that he will be assign too.

The society and ambience is good, you feel more related to nature. As you are very close to nature, there are insects all over the place. Surprisingly, in Godrej Royale woods you do not find mosquitoes net, which make things and living a horrible experience.

You cannot keep the windows open all the time, as insects will crawl in. No matter you live in 1st or 18th floor.

They should have given mosquito nets.

Also, if you are concern about privacy, unfortunately you will find none here. There is literally no privacy, with see through windows and balconies are adjacent, meaning everyone can see what you are doing.

The room size is cramped, it is soo cramped you feel like living in a 1 RK flat, even if you have purchased a 2bhk or 3bhk. Poor sense of space planning.

Also, its faaar. Too faar !

There is literally nothing outside the vicinity, the area is remote if you are coming from Bangalore and of-course the toll !!

Overall, if you prefer living in a cramped space, with insects crawling in your room as no mosquitoes net are installed, and if you too concern what your neighbour is doing, as there is no privacy once you open the curtains, then this society...

I have booked flat "GDRW5B1807" in June-2020. They suppose to do the registration within one month. But Godrej team keep telling me the lie and postponed the registration process. After 4 months delay they suddenly came and asking me to change the unit to some other tower because land owner asking the my flat in his shares. I am keep fighting with Godrej team to solve this issue. They have lied and postponed registration for 4 Months. Till now registration not happened Before selling they should work with Land owner which flats he required After selling flat they should not come and ask flat owner to change the flat to some other tower They would have convinced land owner instead of asking flat owners Godrej team don't have faith in business

I request don't buy single unit in this project as well with Godrej projects. cheating by Godrej team. Hurts lot to peoples. Invest in some other project.
