During my visit, I requested a glass of water from a staff member named Aishwarya, who was taking orders at the time. To my surprise, she refused to provide water, which I found quite unprofessional and discourteous. Additionally, she remarked, "You are not the only customer that comes here every day; if you want, you can take your refund and leave, the door is open."

As a loyal customer who visits CCD regularly, this type of response was unexpected and upsetting. Basic courtesies such as serving water and maintaining a polite attitude toward customers should be standard in any customer service environment.

I request that you look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. Customer experience is crucial to maintaining brand loyalty, and I hope this feedback is...

Actually place located on hyderbad and bangalore national highway. Easy to noticed from traffic. For a long drive you can stop here for a bite. Expensive for ordinary people. Large sitting facility and you can watch one chanel in TV . That chanel preferred by them. We have watched ad and hindi song at the time of waiting. We have order best cold coffee with my friend. It is located in towards bangalore side . Near you find a petrol bank. Waitress can help you with the offer . And credit card and online payment also accepted here....

The store manager Harish was rude. My mom wanted to use the restroom he told no water is there. On going inside the washroom and checking there was water but he still didn’t let my mom use the restroom telling the water is left to use coffee vending machine. I want to ask CCD if you use washroom water to coffee vending machine. Attached is the photo of the bill and CCD.

We didn’t use the facility free of cost. We were customer to the outlet.
