There is shiva temple on the shore, which is a must visit This beach is not so popular among the tourists. May be the reason is it is bit interior or not so easily accessible compared to other famous beaches. I really don't think any other reason except this. Hmm.. Yeah, there are no hotels near this beach which will serve you hot bajjis/pakoras/fast foods after you finish playing in the beach. You may neglect this factor if you this things doesn't bother you much. To reach this beach, you need to travel approx. 3.5km from Byndoor bus stand. You may not get private buses plying towards that direction frequently. I suggest you to arrange a taxi/auto to reach this place. A very old temple of Someshwara is there. Do visit it. I suggest you to take a kite while going to beach. Try flying it. You will enjoy for sure. A private beach kind of environment makes you comfortable in doing all sorts of nonsense unlike many other commercialised beaches.
