I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a movie at New Central Talkies Dolby Atmos 2K & 3D, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The attention to detail in providing an immersive cinematic experience was truly impressive.
Firstly, the inclusion of 2K projection and Dolby Atmos in Screen 1 elevated the viewing experience to new heights. The stunning visuals combined with the immersive sound technology made me feel like I was right in the heart of the action.
Even in Screens 2 and 3, the Dolby 7.1 Surround Sound System provided exceptional audio quality, ensuring that every sound effect and dialogue was crystal clear, enhancing the overall movie-watching experience.
Moreover, the convenience of ample parking availability both in the front and backside of the theatre complex made the visit hassle-free. It's always a relief to find parking easily, especially when you're eager to catch a movie.
The seating arrangements were comfortable, and what impressed me the most was that no matter where you sat, you had a perfect view of the screen. This attention to seating layout ensures that every guest enjoys an unobstructed view of the movie.
Lastly, the well-maintained air-conditioned rooms added to the comfort factor, making it a pleasant environment to sit back, relax, and enjoy the show.
Overall, my experience at New Central Talkies Dolby Atmos 2K & 3D was nothing short of fantastic. With top-notch technology, convenient amenities, comfortable seating, and impeccable service, it's easily one of the best places to catch a movie in town. I highly recommend it to any movie enthusiast looking for an unforgettable...
Read moreBuzzing sound that ruined theater experience.
Today went to watch "Prathi Poovankozhi" at the Newly inaugurated New Central Theater, Tripunithura and was disappointed with the theater and their staff.
The movie is good., well above average.
But, there is this buzzing noise that ruined the theater experience.
The theater was inaugurated on Dec 17, with Mamangam as its opening movie. Hardly 3 weeks after the inauguration, we get a poor theater experience.
Even before the start of the movie, I notified the theater staff (who was standing near the door) about the sound issue., and he said he'll look into it. And he disappeared.
During the movie., this sound was irritating as hell, especially during the silent portions.
During the break, I went to the guy who was in-charge and (ir)responsible.., a guy at the coffee shop.
He, hardly hearing what the issue is, called up the projector guy and said "the sound level is very high., lower it". And, when I interrupted and, explained the problem, he continued on the phone "it's not the level, it's some noice" and cuts the call.
I waited there, but he seemed to ignore me. I asked, when will the guy come, and solve the issue., how long should I wait?
He said, the "Sound Engineer" in charge will come only by tomorrow morning. Enjoy the movie as it is.
How careless can a man be!? 150₹ for a ticket., and this is how they treat us!? I was with my mom and cousins, so I couldn't quit the movie and leave...
Read moreA good theatre which is more or less like a crown to the King’s city ‘Tripunithura’. People can easily watch movies at their home town itself rather than driving long through a heavy traffic and wasting their valuable time. 2-3 screens are available at the same premises which is an attraction. AC temperature is maintained well so that people would be easily sit back till the end of the movie rather than becoming an “ice cube 🙇”.
There are some suggestions :-
People are getting confused about the entrance and exit of the driveway. Sometimes, they come in through the exit (Even I faced the same challenge 🤧). There should be a light board to guide them.
Parking ground could have tiled to make it more comfortable. Nowadays, people do prefer good parking facility for their ‘travel companions’ and sometimes they do care them 🚘 more than their ‘life-partner’ 🤱. And it seems there is some drainage issue in the parking area as it gives a bad smell.
Male washroom is at the ground floor. So, people have to step-down for an emergency bio break. It would be difficult for our Parents (Our ‘Old Heroes’).
2nd show starts at 10:15 pm which could have shifted back to 9:30 pm so that we would be able to wind-up the show by 12 am at least.
Any way, a great initiative by ‘Central Talkies’. Thanks for the entire team for giving such a big gift to the “King” of...
