Worst experience ever from kfc. I have been visited and ordered (delivery) from many outlets in India as well as UAE. But very unprofessional, unethical behavior from the newly opened outlet. I have ordered through the website on 18th January 2024 and make the payment. I have preferred the delivery time at 1.00 pm. Even the time reaches 2. 00pm also i dont recieved any calls from the delivery side. I tired to call the number which they provided in the site. They are not picking up the calls. Even i tried the delivery guy number in that they are automatically saying your order has been delivery on 17th January. Then i went to the outlet directly and show the app. Only 2 lady staff was there when i show them the ordeed things they simply asking wat im ordered. They just hand over the packed food to me.. Even without any apology . Then i ask them its not takeway its delivery. They simply said there is no delivery boy available. Is it the right way to approach a customer.? Is it the right way to treat a customer?. Very unprofessional from the most reputed company. Still in the app it showing your order is on the way. If you cannot treat the customer and provide the services please shut down the outlet.... Totally...
Read moreHats off to the team at this new outlet who does keep up with our expectations on KFC. They know it’s not an everyday order a family makes and that customers want to feel that happiness KFC can bring. My last 2 orders were surprisingly good due to Zomato’s order getting routed to this new outlet. They pick up phones, very polite and friendly guys who listen to the customer and ensured delivery of freshly cooked food.
Few other outlets specifically the other one in Tripunithura at North Fort gate and the one at Chittethukara Focus Mall should learn what is service and delivery from this new outlet team where every time in the past we could be rest assured that the 2 branches will send overly dried tasteless hard chicken from their heat box which remained in their for hours. Those time when each and every order landed with missing items and none to pick up their phone or when picked to hear the rude replies.
