Many groups of islands are connected via bridges and hence the traffic. Venduruthy is in the willington island which is a restricted area but there are many hotels and joints around esp facing back...

Its a NAVAL BASE OF INDIAN NAVY. It stabilised in Willingdon Island 🏝 kochi kerala. THERE IS NAVY canteen, NAVY hospital, CAFETERIAS, PLAY GROUND, ATM, SBI BANK and many more facilities available...
