Blue Dart Express Limited — Local services in Kolkata

I tried calling but without any customer service representative picking up the call I was kept on hold and eventually a pre-recorded voice message asked me to rate post-call service satisfaction rating. If you do not have anyone to answer, and it is a chargeable call why do you people are looting and cheating people. Most importantly my package booked with Bluedart by District Zomato is done on 11th September 2025 and still it is showing not Shipped yet. Do you people steal others items or destroy things that there is no update. I shall involve police in this case if I do not get my items which were booked fir delivering...

Worst service they don't deserve even 1 star the staff are not helpfull bad body language behaviour they treat people like animals as if they are the president of India not a employee of Bluedart...
