Kingston Aura — Local services in Maharashtra

I am trying to take possession of flat In wing B, Floor#7 at Kingston Aura, Handewadi, Pune by Vedant developments and paid all amounts per demand letters received. Now builder is saying that I have paid 13-14K of less payment per agreement. I have been asking them to send me a demand letter for the remaining amount which they are not sending it after so many follow ups in last few months and this is delaying the process of taking possession. When I try to follow up at site they say they haven’t received the confirmation from office to get finishing work done. And when I call below number they say we have remaining amount and it would take 2 weeks after the payment but I never got a bill for that remaining amount. Today after so many follow ups from past 6 months, they sent a demand letter of 4.5 lacs which is not at all within the agreement or a remaining balance. ( based on what I know there is no balance pending as I have paid all bills what they have submitted. ). Everytime when I call them to check the status they say we will get back to you in 1-2 days and that never happens. This has been happening from last 6 months atleast. I have already made several attempts to call different people but do not get the service that I have...

The new owners were duped into paying 24 months of maintenance in advance for a society that didn’t even exist at the time. The residents who were already here stopped paying because of the incomplete infrastructure, leaving everyone in a lurch. Now, despite having paid upfront, the new owners are being hit up again for maintenance since the society has finally been established. All the promises in the documents turned out to be empty lies. There’s no solar power, no meters, no swimming pool, the lifts are broken, and the garbage collector has vanished. We’re left begging for a refund on the advance maintenance, but the builder flatly refuses. The Pune Municipal Corporation ignores us, and RERA doesn’t seem to care either. We have no choice but to feel utterly hopeless and despondent. I’m writing this out of sheer frustration and desperation. Please, for the love of all that’s good, do not buy properties from Vedant Estates...

Once visited to buy flat it is at good location won,t say at prime location, they have major issue of vastu maily in kitchen they have placed the kitchen slab in wrong direction. Build was good plus they have not installed grills in windows- too dangerious what if glass broke and you will fall from 12 th floor _ Where is safty? Lift was good , entrance labby was owsome make you feel like king the hall size was great though rooms were smaller in size.By the way I didn,t opt any flat I recommend Silver stone though they have flats of less carpet area but...
