HOTEL SHIVRATNA Pure Veg — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Not even worth trying, not fresh food!

I saw this opened at my vicinity long back,so had to give a try.Happened to visit and felt regret.

Food Veriety: Not great or extraordinary.Avarage! Taste: Can not comment on taste as 90% of plate offering were cold and stale.Must be continued from last day.That include daal and rice too.That was biggest fail. Hygeine: Not good vibe Portion and offering (limited/unlimited): As it was not fresh I was not concerned about quantity or limit.But one strange thing would like to mention was the sweet, usually sweets are key part of such thalis but on that category there was only one frozen cold Gulab jamun served and it was limited.There was sev kheer which was literally water taste not even milk.

Fulka were not fresh made.Rice was literally they took from cold.

Suming up all, may be since there is no footfall there isn't quality or promising food taste.Vice Versa!

There are better places like Vaishali thali, even Durwankur I would have re-preferred over it; infact north Indian restaurant serves better thalis with Fresh cooked dishes but this was flop.This sort of non promising new restaurant demotivate our food experimenting and tasting...

Food availability and service is very poor. Ambience was nice Needs alot improvement in both area. They mentioned some food items are limited like gulab jamun, methi poori and batata wada and everything apart was unlimited. But Chapatis were very hard.. Baigan sabji was finished before coming into plate so they did not serve only paneer sabji served where paneer was hard.we were not given any other choice in sabji. Service was poor might be because of items unavailability. Methi poori and aloo bada was nice but only 1 quantity served. I went to this place with my family and was expecting good food because very few restaurant serve pure...

Not so fance restaurant.. Simple food served in big thali.

Big group sitting is not possible due to limited space.

Not all items are unlimited.

Gulab Jamun size is unbelievable small.

Food quality is good but the service need to be improved.

Waiter apperance and dress is like low cost caterers serving food in marriage. Though they speak politely.

Cleanliness is just average considering this is newly open food joint.

NO BILLING provided post dinner. Reason mentioned print issue..
