Last 10 to 12 days did the hotel landmark stay. Complete bed experience. I am staying since last 1 year. Last time I had complained online. This time the owner of the hotel was also contacted. There was no positive response from But Honor either. There is such a dirty staff, neither do they have a smile on their face, nor do they ever greet anyone and every day every minute they change their statement. According to the room rent was a very dirty experience. I would suggest No guest is hotel ma stay. Even today i called mr paul. My stay was for 5 days, but first they told me some other rate. Tell me some other rate after 5 minutes.

Hotel This good property also good ambiance is also good but say, hotel can't handle it. A Heavy Lady sits at the reception. She never talks properly and does not wish greetings to anyone, so I would like to suggest the hotel owner, either change the hotel or change your hotel staff, even if you are the property is very good and Can generate good revenue in future and give it to you. But this current staff is not at all for your property.It's been 15 days since I checked out. I didn't want to give feedback as there was a lot of harassment last time. But no contact came. I have even called him 5 times once. Messaged too when no positive response came from them. There are many properties in Mumbai but feedback is important and I need to know what goes on behind their properties and how their staff is. Read moreMy wife and I have stayed at Landmark on 3 occasions in the past year, the most recent with extended family.||The rooms are clean, spacious and cleaned daily with change of towels and bed linen.||The AC and hot water system works,except the water pressure could be improved. The in room Wi-Fi works fine.||The complimentary buffet breakfast is substantial, adequate, but with limited choice. The restaurant staff were pleasant and attentive.||Front office reception staff were also pleasant and helpful.||The outstanding feature of this establishment however, is the services of the manager Mr Paul Almeida. Paul went out of his way to assist us with any issues, and was always willing to help. Kudos to Paul.||The hotel is set back from the main Marol-Maroshi road. This road has very high rickshaw and vehicular traffic. Not really suitable for negotiating with young children. Access to the property is an unsealed road, with open sewerage (not really a hotel problem). Lots of shops, fruit and vegetables vendors and a Catholic Church in close proximity. Close to both domestic and international terminals.||||Areas for improvement||1. Cable television channels||There are a large number of channels available, but mainly in Hindi and other regional languages. The idea of staying as long as this in a hotel sounded weird to me at the first go but then as I started to discover it more as a home, everyday has been a happy day. I believe what differentiates this hotel from others is the honest hospitality. It's not the best or perfect hotel in the world but it's definitely one place that operates on the principles of sheer transparency and honesty. Mr Paul, who is the manager of this hotel spearheads his team with great will and is always there to solve my issues. Sometimes there are things which are beyond his reach, for that too, he attempts first and if it doesn't work out, he explains the reason about it, never really denies upfront. I'd also like to mention the dedication of Krishna who manages the hotel mostly at night. He is one great human to sit and talk to, with great knowledge of the nuances of Mumbai, Krishna never shies away from helping anyone.
