About Dr Atul goswami.
I am updating review. Got the response below from hospital and send them all the details and report along with the wrong diagnosis. where this doctor recommended TB medicine for UTI even though reports were negative. Unfortunately i did not get any further response or email from hospital. Clearly they replied here just to show the world that they really care. but not. So be aware from this incompetent doctor.
Senior experienced. No disrespect. let me summarise.
In previous hospital. My mother had history of UTI. start with kideny stone.we let them removed those kideny stone. Some how UTI persist that was covered by antibiotics. Currently she is UTI free from last several month except one recent episode.
Current situation: Some how she developed Chronic cystitis of bladder. that has been going on from last 3-4 month. It was diagnosed in CT scan. and other test has been done to confirmed in previous hospital.Tuberclosis test were also negative in ILBS . a lot of KUB /KFT/LFT has been done also recently.
We went to this doctor recently. he saw all files. Write some TB test again to confirmed. Give few pain killer and other medicine that increase urine basicity .he also gave an antibiotic cephaloxime ,This medicine was resistent to the bacteria in current culture reports. So clearly he did not read the report. gave the antibiotics that is not going to work amd not sensitive enough.
Any way we did his recommended test. TB test came negative. ( a relief again) there was a test for bleeding also that was fine too.
Now the circus start: He recommends TB medicine for trial. a pain killer and a antiacid.Again ask for KFT and LFT.
My mother literally cried because of this condition in front of him in first meeting. we had no issue how individual doctor started their own treatment, we get along with it. But when a paitent giving everything in front of you in all reports. As a doctor he should know what is the condition and rather than enforcing his concept of having mycobacteria in the deep layer of bladder wall, he should go for correct diagnosis .and he is not even recommending the cystoscopy as she is uti free now, that is first line of diagnosis of cystitis. This is a serious question on his competence. He is director. if he will treat paitent like this ,i am afraid about junior doctors who are working under him. from my side: I suggest him to read article about cystitis and what diagnosis and treatment that can be possible for a paitent who is in severe pain rather than increasing their problem. there are intervesicular therapy, botox therapy , etc etc going on for cystitis. unfortunately he takes everything very lightly.
I do not recommend this doctor. may be good for removing stone, but clearly incompetent in complicated case.

Read moreDear Hospital Administration,
I am writing to formally lodge a grievance regarding the treatment my 3-month-old daughter, Tiara Kaur, received at Balaji Action Hospital, Paschim Vihar, on 13th June 2025. We had come for a scheduled bilateral inguinal hernia surgery for our infant, and what was supposed to be a carefully monitored and routine procedure turned into a traumatic experience due to your hospital’s negligence, poor coordination, and unprofessional conduct.
Patient Name: Tiara Kaur Date of Visit/Admission: 13th June 2025 Room Allotted: DC 2160/3 Referred by: Dr. Anand Singh Khushwaha
Summary of the Issue: We had placed our trust in your hospital based on Dr. Anand Singh Khushwaha’s recommendation, and while we continue to hold him in high regard, the overall handling of our daughter’s care by the hospital staff was deeply disturbing.
Cannulation Mismanagement: We clearly informed both the nurse and attending doctor that our daughter should not be cannulated on the wrist due to discomfort and instead requested leg cannulation. Despite this, the staff attempted multiple times to insert the cannula on her wrist, leaving 8–9 visible marks. Our daughter cried uncontrollably for over 30 minutes, while we, as helpless parents, stood outside in tears. This kind of disregard for parental input and patient comfort is unacceptable.
Chaotic OT Experience and Delay: After being moved into the OT, there was complete disorganization. We were made to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes before the operation even began. Although the surgery itself was successful, what followed was worse.
Post-Operative Negligence: Despite being moved back to the room at 3:00 PM, our daughter—who had been fasting since 5:00 AM as per medical instructions—was not administered any IV fluids or painkillers until 5:45 PM, and that too after repeated pleading with the nursing staff. The indifference and rudeness displayed by the staff were alarming.
The IV machine malfunctioned 7–8 times, delaying treatment further.
The painkiller was only given at 6:45 PM, after the doctor personally intervened.
Shockingly, the Painkiller drip was set at 0.2 ml/hour instead of 6 ml/hour, even after multiple corrections.
The pain continued until we requested Crocin, which again the nurses refused to administer, claiming they had no instruction—despite it being advised.
By the time help was finally arranged through a senior (Dr. Ayush), our child had endured prolonged suffering that could have and should have been prevented.
My Concern: In a hospital of your stature, such glaring coordination gaps, lack of accountability, and basic patient care failures raise serious concerns. Had we remained silent, I fear the outcome could have...
Read moreThis hospital is highly unprofessional...very unprofessional nurses in icu ... Less experience nurses are working near ventilated person...they charge around 1 lakh per day still nursing care management is very poor ...they put most of the patient on ventilator in initial stages so that they can make more money ... Most of the patients present there feel like they did mistake by coming here they left no option for u to transfer the patient safely and timely ..my father went to hospital with complain of breathing issue ..they admitted him in icu and didn't notice properly ..at night my father was irritated and he removed his pipes but nurse didn't notice and neither called us .they did not let us meet our patient ..it's there responsibility they should watch and keep control of everything... There are 3-4 nurses only for entire icu on duty ..In morning they put him on ventilator directly instead of doing something else ..not considered ventilator negative effect ... Still my father was in recovery but again at night around one week later...there is again some biggest blunder happened by nurse ..on a ventilated person ..which causes hypoxia and my father suffered MODS ..which causes severe damage to his kidney they didn't notice other organ and blamed his prognostic factor i regularly take update on my father by helpline no ...nurse was panicking and told me he is stable ..and after 15-20 min a call came to my brother that he is very critical. And there is very less survival rate today ..we still prayed our prayers works but when they wear off general anaesthesia and done tracheostomy...my father motor function was not proper ..they didn't care for that ..dr asked for MRI ..THEY delayed continuously and told us there is some technical fault in there machine ...in the end when I told them that my father brain is severely damaged and he can be brain death ..and we fight a lot with management and dr ..only after that they did MRI AND CT after one week but it was too late there is multiple infarction till then and there is no hope left for us .. and all this happened because of hypoxia happened on a ventilated person by there unprofessional staff ..it is a international hospital only by there bill but no international quality of treatment...there is 8/10 is negative review which we recieved in the hospital on first day but humpe option hi nahi bacha we can transfer. One more thing if hospital want to arrange a meeting .. tell me the time and pls make sure to arrange that videos and audio recording which I asked u to provide ..I already applied a application to your Ms department.
