I bought Pineapple pastry from the Paschim Vihar outlet and it was stale. My child took a small bite and the cream was having a sour taste. When I returned the pastry, their Area Manager Nitin was not at all apologetic and his only resolution was to take the refund or leave. They did not cared about the time a customer has spent to buy and return the pastry and were only saying it’s a human error which can happen. They were so arrogant and did not feared even if the matters is brought on the social media platform. They need to understand that they are in food industry which has zero tolerance and need to ensure the product is of the highest quality before giving it to the customer. Worst experience. They spoilt my birthday. Bought black forest cake and there was a big brown thread which my child was about to eat the whole. I had to make my child vomit for the same. Worst experience ever. Totally unhygienic. When complained, the owner tried to be over smart, rather apologzing for the mistake of his workers, he was trying to be arguably smart and was showing off his business skills and power.
