Dhone Ford Service Center — Local services in Pune

We had to go to Dhone Ford as the car's indicator wouldn't switch off. As we left Thane we started facing this issue which needed to be fixed before coming back. The address was incorrect in Google maps. So I had to call the workshop for directions. Please note it is right next to Dhone Wada which is visible from the main road. The first thing you notice is how big the workshop is. Being located right next to the Mumbai Pune Highway they have ample space. Also they have a big area for the actual garage. The garage itself was really clean and well maintained. They checked our car and found the issue (it was discovered in the initial assessment itself that there was damage due to rats). They had to procure the damaged control assembly. After Ford's exit from India most spare parts have to be ordered. But there has been no issues getting parts till now. The service is best. Managers and advisers Pay attention to detail and make sure they have addressed the issue properly. All staff behaviour is polite and professional. The most important thing that I personally observed is transparency in the service they provide. Communicate all issues to customers and take confirmation from customers before replacing any part or repairing it.

Highly degraded experience. 2 advisors came and checked my car one by one and made me wait for hour and half that too after having prior appointment. Then a third guy- Vaibhav came, supposedly for some road test. He asked the concern, I told him that clutch is bit hard.
