Situated exactly opposite to Kothrud Metro Car Depot..

Big complex having shops like furniture, Restaurant, Bakery, Commercial offices, Cloth stores, beauty parlour, spa and many more..

The shops are exact road side..

The cleanliness is good but can be better..

Some shops are having 2 floors..

Rent is also high as per quality of building..

You can drive your car here.. can bring your children here..

Kothrud Depot is on just 4-5 min of...

Its like a shopping complex where you will find many local shops..Among all those the dhokla shop is just awesome. You got to one of the best dhokhla in Pune. Few other shops are also there but being local shops they charge very high and you can only there if you are good at bargaining (i am very bad at it 🙁🙁) and evening you will find a good lot of people there only because of...

Claearly visible from Road, during night time it may be little bit difficult.. cause some letters at top of the building are not visible at night. (Light Inside Letters are not replaced). You'll find different stores from Barber to Cake Shop...
