Paras Down Town Square Mall — Local services in Punjab

I just wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation for the security staff and particularly the grey uniformed lady who helped me when I was very much under stress. The incident is dated 10th of this month around 10 pm when I found my car keys missing. Me and my family were not only panicked but also terrified as my house keys and other stuff was also in the car. In short the security staff and the above referred lady despite being off duty took the time in tracing back my car keys. Above all, as a token of my sincere appreciation when I tried to offer a small amount to the lady who was with me throughout this episode, she simply politely declined by saying it was her duty. I visited Paras Down Square for the 1st time & found the mall is relevant in many ways. Can't compare it with Cosmo as it bigger with more brands for shopping & dinning. But we as a family prefer some brands which were available there & we were happy about it. Pantaloons for shopping, Reliance smart for grocery, Dominos & Macd for dinning. Best part of ₹30 for parking got refunded at Reliance Smart after shopping which was a big surprise for me & me personally loved that.

Small playing area for kids & toy train available for ₹50 which is cheaper as compare to other nearby malls. There are few snacks point selling momos,bhel puri.maggi & flavoured tea were facinating. Also got Carnival Cinemas for movie buffs. Yes there are space for many stores which can make it more happening in coming time. All in all a nice place to visit with less crowd &...

Paras Mall at Chandigarh, India

Overall it's a good mall for shopping and having food when you feel hungry, all restaurants are not clean though. I have visited three of them including McDonald's. In McDonald's, it's really difficult to find a clean table to sit, specifically in the evening time. Another vegetarian restaurant on floor 2 was full of a bad smell and I had to get out within 30 seconds of my entry, could not taste their food. The only restaurant I liked was "Katani" on ground floor. It's also a vegetarian restaurant, neat and clean. Foods are tasty and the prices are quite reasonable.

Pantaloon, a big store, that is good for shopping dresses, but the prices are a bit high.
