Subway — Restaurant in Punjab

The staff is highly unprofessional and have no sense of customer service. The lady at the counter yesterday was busy chit-chatting at first when we walked in. The guys took our order and and when my partner was talking to the guy (the store manager) who was making his sub regarding a concern or was basically guiding him how he likes his sub as a regular of this brand, there was a denial by the guy first for a silly point of pouring the sauce.. We prefer a single line of sauce and we've been having it that way from years now.. they argumented that it's not possible and big lumps of sauce pouring is how it is.

While we were into this conversation of explaining how we want our sub to be, that lady - she jumped in and started arguing and was constantly speaking.. It was both irritating and annoying how she was just trying to prove a point jumping into a conversation without a single effort of trying to solve a problem.. She was then trying to play the girl card on how we were behaving. Both I and my mom along with my partner tried our best to ask her to take a pause and just stop talking so that we can focus on our sub... Get it made the way we want and leave..

We had to leave our order in between and walked out eventually.

It was so troubling to see a female staff behave that way towards the customers and being a female myself I felt so annoyed on how she took it to herself when we were not even talking to her but were trying to make a conversation with the manager of the store. I'm not sure what she was trying to achieve but the way she was arguing constantly, anyone would get angry at that behaviour. She is not meant to be in a customer service job whatever field it may be in. There's a basic etiquette that she definitely lacks.

Damn! The worse subway staff experience ever.. and being living just a walking distance away from the store.. I'd recommend everyone to rather go to Chandigarh or even Panchkula if you are craving a sub but NEVER!! Never walk into or order online...

I ordered yesterday that is 16 July 2021 from subway and my order is turkey breast and chicken slice salad and chicken kofta sub . I found a fly in salad , this is totally not acceptable because I want fresh food for my nephew so I preferred subway but after found fly in salad i am totally surprised how it is possible, I felt on that moment my decision was wrong to order from subway and I totally disappointed from this thing. Subway doesn't check the quality measures of the orders and these types of food is not healthy for anyone , I threw my order on dustbin ,by the grace of God I saw that fly and I stopped my nephew to ate if he ate that fly coincidentally I feared about his healthy . Nice place to have some healthy and tasty food. Loves always eating subway.Corn and peas is the best. They accepts cards and mobile payments also. Location is also good. Space is neat and clean for dining. Staff is also good and cooperative. They deliver via zomato or Swiggy. Parking there can be a problem sometimes. My fav fast food spot, the armosphere is really nice, the food is delicious, and lots of options, what makes subway apart from others is the variety of subs available, and they prepare their own bread, which is awesome, exclusiveness is always important for me.
