Had sandwich, burger, french fries and choco lava cake. Everything was frozen food. They gave frozen chicken sandwich and burger patty is also frozen one. Looks like it was very old and taste was horrible. Choco lava cake was heated up in oven and served to us. Inside the chocolate is not melted at all, so the guess is it is also frozen to the extreme so that they can store them for longer. I literally hated sandwich and burger after having from them. Please read this before ordering: I had a worst food encounter at rayz cakes podanur.

I ordered 4 food items. Two items were completely burnt. One had fungus other uncooked and soggy. Kindly refund my full money.

Loaded fries had atom sized chunks of cheese and chicken -very soggy, cold and uncooked.

Sandwich bread -fungus.

Chicken balls- smelled foul.

Veg Popsicle- bland.

Such a click bait. Waste of money!!.. throwing this food to crows...
