MSR Briyani Hotel — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Was very good and nowadays they are at their low in quality as well as service. Earlier it was famous for it's tasty biriyani and it's service. Senior person who was in billing earlier was good and kind, but younger generation person who is in billing is rude and he treats customers are there to beg biriyani from them. Even though some sectors of our society treat our Muslim brothers wrongly, we genuine people loves our Muslim brothers and they also very good in moving with us. Earlier msr management was very much friendly with us, but now new generation management started treating others by second grade treatment and giving spoiled food. Yesterday night we had biriyani and few other dishes and our entire family and stomach problem today morning. I'm writing this review while I'm struggling with stomach pain. Biriyani was too spicy,, the color itself indicated me that too much chilly powder used. Another problem is parking, if you park your 4 wheeler near by, they you will be definitely get scolded by local or neibouring...

I visited MSR last Sunday(09-06-24) I ordered empty briyani, beef briyani,parotas , omblet grill chicken and kadai pepper fry. When I ordered empty briyani and parota cashier simply processed. But when I start to order pepper fry, he simply say it will take time. I asked how much time should I wait. He replied, if you wait I'll process ur order very rudely. Then waited for half hour. Get my parcel.

Empty briyani: very salty and tasteless. Quantity is good. Beef briyani: taste is below average. Beef pieces are very hard Poratta : is great but salna is worst ever taste. Omblet: there is no onion and taste is below average. Kadai pepper fry: worst ever taste. Most of kadai is very very deep deep fry. Can't eat it. Totally disappointed. Grill chicken: 75 percent not cooked. Masala are very raw taste. We simply throw it. Good through quality of ur food. Totally...

Taste of food was not good as before. Rates also increased but taste still no improvement. Note: Morethan 20years MSR was running in podanur area. Those past years the taste was amazing in affordable rates. At that time we are the regular customers. But now a days, because of no taste, we are not preferred regularly. Kindly improve your quality of food and give the better rates which should be affordable for everyone. Chicken or Beef Biriyani rate should be Rs.120-130/- it will be reasonable.
