Pathetic customer service. They have some tie up with Pothys and most Pothys customers land up here for tailoring. The amount billed is different from what they charge finally.(they said the back tie is not charged and charged 100/ while delivering). We had to wait for almost 90min to get my blouses on the scheduled date of delivery. The best part is they send a tracker sms. Wonder for what??. We have to wait for hrs as they bring the blouses in intervals..the delivery of the 4 blouses was from 7.55-9.20pm one after another every 20mins. Have never seen a delivery of my clothes happening this way. And to top it, they sound like they've done a big favor by delivering on the said date. I would have got my job done on time with my usual tailor in a more humble way. Go only if you have time to waste and in no hurry.. don't think will try this place again .. and would request Pothys not to spoil the business by partnering with such...

This is the worst studio in terms of professionalism. The designer named Divya doesn't have concentration and scribbles something and doesn't take proper note of what u say and finally doesn't do what u asked for. When confronted finally they treated me with zero respect and behaved cheaply. They did a decent job with the blouse but not what I wanted for my wedding. They do it as per their own liking because the person named Divya doesn't give proper attention and does her job with so much lethargy. First i thought of not giving a review since i couldn't find time to review since i was busy after the wedding but wen i saw their board somewhere again i couldn't get over the fact about how they can treat a customer like this. Hence i posted it today finally. The owner should really monitor how these people ill- treat the customers. Please avoid at all costs if u want to witness...

They change the bill at the last minute, adding unclear and unnecessary charges, so be sure to negotiate the total cost upfront. Do not hand over your main saree — they will demand extra money and withhold all your outfits until you pay. This was, without question, the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. The owner is extremely manipulative and rude, making unreasonable claims during measurements that I completely disagreed with. The staff seemed to have a better understanding of the design than she did.
