Horrible experience ever. Despite reading bad reviews on google, i thought of giving it a try. But happens to be the worst. Gave 2 blouses One normal and another aari work on July 31 and she agreed to deliver on Aug 8 . When i called her on Aug 9 for delivery she just then started working on it saying its a complicated design but it wasnt. I even sent her a remainder on 5th.Only the normal blouse was ready. When i went to collect it even the saree falls were not done. When asked about it ,she just replied in a very cool tone yes it's not done what should we do now. Irresposible and worst attitude. Was very much irritated . You had just made a mistake yet you are so cool and replying with so much attitude and arrogance. I had a function on Aug 11 and she just ruined all my plans. Got really frustrated and was waiting till Aug 10 for the blouse. She sent it on Aug 10 around 10 pm through the bus. No hospitality at all. You are running a business, have some basic courtesy. Dont get fooled by the good reviews you see on google. Really not sure how come people are giving those reviews. Maybe those are from her regular customers. If you are planning to visit her for the first time for your big day it is a big 'NO'. Whatever is said in negative reviews are absolutely true!!! I waited my turn, no complaints. It is during my second visit I got a dose of her attitude. She sat cross-legged slouching on the chair while I was explaining my idea for the blouse. Btw she has too many conditions. She insisted on leaving the sarees with her. She went on to say people leave even 1 lac sarees with her. Lol lady it is my saree why would I care if others leave 1 lac or 5lac worth of their property with you. Looking at the other reviews it is so clear how you safely handle them. Middle of the discussion she got up and started instructing something to her staff. I was bummed at her behavior. First of all, I didn't force you to take so many blouse orders from us. You yourself were willing to take them when we enquired and bursted out on the client itself once you can't deliver the expected outcome. As a designer, you must be clear about your timings and availability before promising a customer.
At the last minute, your output was so poor yet you charged a hugeee. Think of the mindset of a bride who trusted you by all your sugary words. You ruined it all merely a day before the wedding and if the client questions you for the same, you will throw nasty words against her? It just showed all your frustrations and stress with work.
