Thanjai Natural's millet based noodles are the best millet noodles i had so far. And, the tastemaker inside is simply the tastiest thing and by far the best when compared to other millet noodles brands like B&B organics, Foodstrukk, Naturally yours, Nalabagam, NativeFoodStore. Go for multimillet, red rice and horsegram noodle variants.

I loved their customer-first approach. I had a problem with their ragi noodles. It was all sticky and lost the noodles consistency, turned out to be paste of ragi. The masala was also different from multimillet, red rice and horsegram noodles. In fact the masala in this was utterly disappointing. I informed them about this. After few weeks i got a call from their customer support saying that the new batches of improved ragi noodles have arrived and they have sent a couple of samples to my address. The tastemaker was really good and the noodles too did not turn sticky.

Also, previously, they did not have the option of buying one packet of noodles. They had to be bought in the bundles of 5, 10, 15 and so on. I suggested them to change this. I don't know if it is because of me but they did change it to 2, 5, 10, 20 packets. Anyway they are a classic example of how to keep on improving as a brand and give importance to earning...

Very good products and customer support. Found them via amazon first and later came to know about their own site. Since then I have been regularly ordering from them that's almost an year now. I regularly purchase their Palm sugar, Coffee powder, Noodles and pickles. Tried their corn kernels and papads too. All were good. I used to order to chennai and to my hometown. As I had issue with a courier service delivery in my hometown, they listened and shipped through other service and made sure it is delivered. Such a good customer service.
