KFC — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Worst service ever had ..I wish google has a negative rating also . The oder took almost 1 and half hour, wherein in the app it showed delivery in 30 mins . Tried reaching to the store through phone number provided in the app and Google but the worst part was the number provided was also fake . Tried getting alternate number through other kfc outlet but none of the number provided was reachable. However managed to get another number and the person was not picking the call for first few times and later the number was line busy.I tried every minute and there was no response from there end . If you cannot afford to have a separate number for customers then why serve the customers ? If I have to come to the store and pickup the oder after so much of sruggle.and a wait time with hunger for almost 2 hrs you do you have a delivery option ? Stop giving fake promises based on time , if you cannot deliver the food on time . Grace time for few minutes is okay we understand ..but not 2 hrs . I would suggest to close the outlet if you cannot serve on time or update the customer on the status of the oder or atleast have the decorom to answer the call . Please close the outlet and go learn how to deal the customers ..I give you a rating 1 for your food and not for your service . And by the way your whole customer service number in the Google doesn't work ..please work on it atleast for heaven's sake . Thanks for the food and not very...

Ordered through zomato around 1800, and the order was delivered with 30 mins. While checking the order, 10 mins peri peri chicken strips were totally missing . Immediately called to the head office, after 15 mins of conversation they said, The concerned outlet will give me a call with 15 mins .

There was no call, and I decided to the call the outlet itself. The hospitality was very bad !!! The person in charge said, he wanted to check whether it was us Making the mistake?????? Why would I call them if I made a mistake, following that he said it'll be 45 mins , we have to book a dunzo and send or you can come pick up .

When we went there, they realised it was their mistake, re heated all the items and they said they checked twice and handed over to us after 30 mins .

Oh boy! It didn't stop with this. When we reached home and checked again, large chicken popcorn was missing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They were least concerned. Called them again, and after 30 mins they delivered .

They lack everything!!!! Kfc you better take action on this store. How many min it it'll take just to check and re check the order .

Worst experience and would not...

First time hearing from 15yrs of kfc experience there is no zinger box.only bucket chicken only available. Taste of fried chick aweful. No tenderness no juicy. taste like countrychicken coated with flour. Generally i feel aroma of kfc chicken on outside of kfc.. In this place covered with stale contominated rot meat like local market...no water bottle to drink even i pay also.. Network issue from morning itself..for gift vouchers redemption counter staff.. I amazed how ur peoples are doing billing without network..combination of pepsi not available. Rice bowl is like firebowl no taste only salt and spicy too heavy we wasted 2rice bowls which was bought for kids.keep away. Really very bad experience in kfc..in my life time. Waste of money mood spoiled..there is no logic about wall post.which deserved if you didnt feel taste return it. .....after taste the food returning back is not good attitude. My ethics will...
