Finally a Airport lounge at the Lucknow Airport.
Location: This is just besides the Ile bar on the 1st floor of waiting area. Opposite Gate 5. Got to know this is an extension of Ile Bar itself.
Cards accepted: As of April 2021, the lounge has partnered with Mastercard, Diners club, Dreamfolks and Hettuch. It charges 2/- or 25/-(which gets refunded) if your cards are eligible. If your card is not eligible, it was mentioned that the fee is Rs. 795/-
Ambience: Though small, it has a modern look and feel and is very clean. I noticed that mostly only the airline crew were present - that may be because of lack of awareness as well.
Food & Service: I went in the evening time when snacks was being server. Unlike most lounges, there is no buffet spread here. There is an ordering menu and the staff will take your order and serve you. Staff were polite and eager to serve you. I just tried filter coffee, which was good. Nothing healthy in the evening snacks menu. One good thing I noticed that the juices in the Fridge were Tropicana 100% - which is claimed to not have added sugars and preservatives.
Amenities: Cricket match screening was being done, which was a plus for me. There is a flight current status display screen, which is quite handy to check the status of your flight. Needless to say that the lounge is fully air-conditioned - but somehow it felt it's AC was working better than rest of...

During my recent visit to The Lounge, I must admit that I was rather disappointed by the overall experience. The lounge, while promising comfort and relaxation, fell short in two key areas: the food options and the limited space available.
The offerings in this particular lounge were far from impressive. The food selection was limited and lacked variety.
Another significant drawback was the size of the lounge itself. It was noticeably cramped, with limited seating and little room to move around comfortably. The seating arrangement was poorly designed, making it difficult to find a quiet corner or a space to work. The overcrowded atmosphere took away from the relaxation factor that airport lounges are supposed to provide.
In conclusion, the airport lounge I visited was a disappointing experience primarily due to the subpar food offerings and the small, cramped space. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, these positives couldn't overshadow...

The only benefit of The Lounge that it’s a great waiting room (not crowded, in fact I was the only one sitting during a day flight for most times) but there is nothing more to it.
Only one service attendant who is also assisting outside in the entry process.
The food is on request. Even the water bottles are not kept outside and you would get them on request. Fridge are kept empty but still kept outside in the public eye.
Attaching the menu and timings of food you can order including the limit of orders you can place.
Don’t waste your money or free lounge access if you are expecting experiences like you get in Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai etc. This doesn’t comes close and falls short in every possible way.
Just felt the need to post this review to give people some clarity on why it’s so low rated.
I hope some day the...
