Unraveling the truth behind the disastrous experience at the Manthan Resort!!!!!!!!

This resort was a complete disaster. The management was completely unprepared to handle the crowds, resulting in long waits for food and poor service. The food quality was bad, and the staff seemed disorganized and unhelpful. I was very disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this resort to anyone.

Starting with the pick-up service promised so sweetly over the call (which is honestly luring people and done only on advance payments), the reality is that we walked 1 km from the person in charge to gather people to the bus itself, ultimately finding the bus to be overcrowded, resulting in us standing the entire journey, Similarly, while returning, Zero management skills for the client drop-off service. Staff needs to learn basic hospitality. They argue with clients. No limitation to entries; intake is continuously on until 12 p.m.; beyond capacity of space infrastructure; still intaking people even though lockers are sold out, (we legit saw people packing bags and valuables in bedsheets and keeping them in a corner of the resort). When management cannot handle intake, it ends up providing inferior quality food. (Which, in vlogs and videos, shows relishing, but is actually nowhere close to edible.) There is neither proper monitoring for coupons, nor proper arrangements for cafeteria seating. Providing a drinking establishment without proper oversight and security requirements Bias Staff, Specifically the DJ, He was commenting on every small activity happening around him (he goes from "customer" to "SHANEY" in 2 seconds, provoking a fight). The experience was even worse, when, in the end, there was a stampede situation followed by a fight, which is a dangerous experience for families with small kids. The management should not take entries if they cannot handle the crowd. We are group of 17 family members and we book for overnight stay check in 27th evening and check out 28th evening and they allocated us 2 rooms non AC and resort don’t have AC rooms facility. The rooms are very small, Fans are not working properly and so much of mosquitoes, bedsheets are very dirty and some bad smells coming from it. We all are not able to sleep whole night. We have complaint so many times at the receptions but no one has attended. Next morning, we went at the reception to take the tags and break first and lunch coupons and they refuse us to give the coupons and told us to vacant 1 room out of 2 which they have allocated for 17 peoples. We have lots of arguments but they are very rude and using very rough language and forcefully they vacant our room. They have taken advance payment of all peoples including 2 rooms at the time of check in. We took our break first and after some time we went to the pool along with my kids. The Pool water is some dirty and strong smell of chorine and my kids gets rashes and eye irritation. Most the rides where closed. No life Gard are available near the rides; some staff are available but they were busy doing chamdigiri. The Resort capacity around 500 peoples but they have given entry to more than 2000 peoples. The seen was very bad, we not even take our lunch and we left the resort at 2.30 pm only. Resort Management seriously look into this and try to improve the ratings rather running...

I had high hopes for Manthan Resort based on the photos and reviews, but my experience was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired — the bedding didn’t feel fresh, and the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. The service was slow and unresponsive; it took multiple reminders just to get basic amenities. The food was mediocre at best, lacking flavor and freshness.

The overall maintenance of the resort also seemed neglected — the pool area was unkempt, and some facilities looked run-down. It’s unfortunate, because the location itself has potential, but the management really needs to step up in terms of hospitality and upkeep.

I do not recommend Manthan Resort for families or female guests. The environment was very uncomfortable due to open alcohol consumption within the premises. There seemed to be no regulation or control from the resort staff, which created a rowdy and unsafe atmosphere, especially in the evenings.

This is not a family-friendly place. It was difficult to relax or enjoy the stay with loud, drunk behavior happening openly. Management needs to take strict action — alcohol should be restricted or consumed only in designated areas under proper supervision.
