Anand Resort & Water Park – Best Water Park & Resort in Mumbai — Hotel in Vasai-Virar

I have been at this resort few days back, when I visit the resort I told them to give us entry in 600rs because on a previous day we had a talk with one person who was associated with this resort but was not available at the time we entered the resort so the guy their named Akash refused us to give entry in 600rs and also refused for giving travelling allowance and then we took the room in 800rs which was non ac room and also the condition of the room was dirty and then we gone to enjoy rides and pools so then we got know that in wave pool, waves were coming for just 2 hours in whole day which was before lunch 1 hour and after lunch 1 hour, same for the rides it was open for just 2 hours in whole day and the fun part is that in this resort they just have, 1 but ride and for that ride everyone gathers when it opens the you have to wait for 10mins-15mins for your turn and the food was also not so good and in that food they have putted ajinomoto in very much amount and they also don't allow us to consume alcohol in the resort and they also give us some type of form and ask us to sign on it and ask for hard copy of our ID like it's fair enough to ask all this for safer side but I have visited many resorts in virar, non of the resort asks for hard copy I'd proof and ask us to fill any form. This was the worst place we ever visited one of my friend didn't had a good budget so v wanted something cheap and v found this this is cheap bt it's worst the wave pool had insects in it no ride working there was only 2 to 3 rides and they were worst too there was this mat ride which i feel like they put surf to slip the water was white like surf. The jungle thing was okay and the last slide v visited was the yellow orange one which was nothing jst making water goo in our nose no cleanliness no repairing the jungle safari stares had fungus nd the highlight the washrooms were mess i nd my friend had to go in one washroom as the doors were not closing and there was no water at all my guy friends changed outside behind a wall jst bcoz of the disgusting washrooms atleast if you can't give proper locker or rides atleast make sure that u r keeping the washrooms and pools clean. After visiting there when v noticed this v went for refund and told them out someone was sick so v hv to leave want refund they told they will only give 50% refund that too after giving proof that if the person is admitted. That means most people come and return back has worst experience ever never...

When I visited the resort few years ago, it was very good. Everything was neat and clean, slides were open, food and overall everything was good. But this time, when I visited the resort, I dont know whether it was due to covid restrictions, frankly speaking my experience was really bad. Prices were reasonable and food also was nice, but the rooms were not good at all. This time when I visted there were only 2 pools open, thant too very high chlorine in that. The next day my family were complaining that they were having rashes and burn on their body and it's still not been cured, which was really very very bad. Also there were no slides, even the mat ride which we went, to reach that slide it was placed in a very dirty places, where we had to climb and reach the place. Even my one of two members of the family got a sting form some insect, while climbing to that dirty place. After one mat ride we decided not to go there, because seriously ut sucks. Overall experience was bad, really bad. No pools nothing, very untidy. I would like to say never visit this place again, high chlorine content in the water.
