Three Bar Cum Restaurants (one pretty good one on 2nd floor) with a spa and a Utility store (well stocked, descent one) only occupy this mostly unoccupied mall... The Kolkata office of TATA HOUSING is in 2nd floor... some shops are planning to open in near future; May come more beneficial when nearby AVENIDA complex apartments are handed over...

Not really a mall. This place is still not complete and is much too far from civilization to be of significance. Although the best thing about this decript mall is the On The Rockz bar which is simply fantastic. With great offers, cheap beer, good food and relatively lean crowd of educated and sophisticated patrons.
