I visited this outlet with my office colleagues this afternoon and had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite ordering numerous dishes, the majority of them were never served. We waited for an hour and a half, yet nothing arrived. Eventually, we had to cancel the order due to the restaurant's inability to serve us within a reasonable time.

When we requested a refund for the canceled items, the staff initially refused, stating that cancellations and refunds were not possible and insisted we take the food as a takeaway. We had to argue extensively before they reluctantly agreed to issue a refund. Even then, they claimed the refund would take three working days, citing it as part of their "restaurant policy." If you encounter a similar situation, demand cash upfront, as they will otherwise delay the process unnecessarily.

Other notable issues: Poor Ambience: The vibe was not welcoming, and the crowd was sparse. Unresponsive Staff: The restaurant seemed more focused on fulfilling online orders than catering to dine-in customers. When questioned, the staff had no proper explanation for the delay. Excessive Waiting Time: The delay was unacceptable, with no updates or apologies offered. Food Quality and Value: The food quality was average at best, and the portion sizes were not justified given the pricing.

I recently visited this restaurant and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. Despite placing a simple order, the food service time was much longer than expected. The delay was unreasonable and not justified given the limited items ordered.

To make matters worse, the staff's behavior was far from professional. When I inquired about the delay, their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me feeling unheard and frustrated.

When I requested a refund for not receiving the food on time, I was told the money would be transferred to my account in three days. This delay in refund processing only added to the overall dissatisfaction.

As for the food, it was average at best and certainly not worth the price they charged. The quality and taste did not justify the high cost.

Dined in at Chinese Wok and ordered their signature Chinese Bowl—it was worth every bite. Served hot and fresh, the bowl looked neat and tempting. I picked the combo with fried rice and chilli chicken, and the flavors were bold and well-balanced. The rice was perfectly stir-fried, and the chicken was juicy with just the right amount of spice.
