poor follow up and attitude of staffs. however reception admin was good in service standards. book a massage for 4 of us (2 couple). appointment was made for 8pm, and was told to drop by earlier for administrative matters. Once admin matters done, had to wait to go into the couple room (which was previously informed prior to appt). Rooms didnt look like it was prepared for us. In laws room had a used towel on the bed. Just gave us a short (for males) and disposable undies (for female). didnt tell us what to do except to change out of clothes. didnt not gave us any towel to wrap or let us know what to do. noticed the door was not fully closed, tried closing it unable to do so. as a female, this lacks in privacy as any male customers could walk pass and see. i ended up changing behind and grabbed the batik (which i thought was the decor as it was dark and couldnt see). Waited 15 mins before they served us. arranged ear candling for the males however, they did so without any cleaning of the ears prior to it. Mother in law had informed the masseuse to use more pressure however, masseuse didnt use much, felt more like spreading oil and wipe across skin. she kept telling the masseuse to use more pressure as she didnt feel anything, but to change. after she finished her massage, she inform me and i did ask the masseuse in indon if she was new and that MIL didnt felt any pressure, wondering if there is any issue.. she did not apologise and continued to walk away. requested for a partial refund of 1 massage as our ferry was early morning the next day and was not answered till today via whatsapp. very disappointing service and horrendous attitude service staff from...
Read moreMade a reservation 3 days prior to my arrival for 5 adults. However, upon arrival, staff seemed to be shock and confused. They didn't provide a couple room for myself and my husband as what was promised when making reservation.
The massage "rooms" given were segregated by curtains and they had gaps in between too. My sister and I could even hear their men staff walking by and talking to one another near our "rooms". With the visible gaps, it was very stressful considering how we were unclothed at that point of time. I find that they're lacking in terms of privacy in this area as we paid a higher price as compared to other spas in Batam.....
My mum, who has been a loyal customer since years ago, and even has a membership with them was given a trainee as her masseuse and the massage was done in a makeshift massage room which was not even in the spa vicinity. The masseuse did not apply any pressure on my mum so it was basically an oil application on body treatment for my mum which is very disaapointing.
All in all, I think Eska might have taken more than what they can deliver hence the lack in what was being promised which is very unproffesional.

Read moreI came to Eska Wydnham/panbil recently as a returning customer, and I am extremely disappointed with how far their standards have dropped. The admin replies to messages extremely late, and sometimes doesn’t even bother to reply at all. I had to wait a ridiculous one hour for the arrival of their masseur. My booking was at 7.30PM, but my massage only started at 8.30PM because of their staff’s late arrival. My wife and I wanted to start our massage at the same time, but they are always short on staff. Even when the massage finally started, the quality was nowhere near what it used to be. Their massage standards have dropped drastically, and it felt rushed and unprofessional. Their manicure and pedicure service is a complete joke. The staff clearly lack proper skills, and it’s obvious they need serious retraining before they serve paying customers.
This is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect basic professionalism, punctuality, and quality service. Eska’s service has gone downhill fast, and the management seriously needs to wake up and fix this before they lose more...
