The Artrium Panbil — Restaurant in Batam City

The waiters and waiter really dont have initiative to come my table even they just standing and watching, there where 3 of them, so we need to call them to order , and the food take so long even only us order no one else. The food was not good, it is taseles. we saw some other customer need to take the menu from the counter table because the waiters do not go to serve them. For the management, you really need to improve everything in your restaurant especialy the people working there. I give 0 star for service and food , but the place is very beautiful and...

While waiting for our hike to start, we ordered some light snacks to eat and the popcorn chicken is excellent! The condiment was supposed to be BBQ sauce but it tasted more like pasta sauce to me 🤔

Wait time for food is long, around 20-30 mins :( Our hike guide had to chase the kitchen on our behalf.

Ambience wise the place is very serene and quiet, you can even take a nap here lol 😂 Love it here and they have cute community cats...

I don't like the taste of the cappuccino. It's too milky. Everything is slow here due to lack of manpower. I went here on weekdays. Perhaps it will be crowded on weekends. Anyway, there are some other sports activities that you can enjoy here....
