Kemarin sore sy ke Mal Pakuwon Bekasi. Setelah membayar pembelian baju di lantai Festival Batik di GF, kami masuk lift menuju lantai UG ke toko Flying Tiger. Pas mau keluar toko tersadar kalau kehilangan HP. Sy langsung ke kasir perempuan yg bertugas sekitar pkl 5 sore, Sabtu, 25 Jan 2025 utk minta ijin cek CCTV, dijwbnya CCTV gak bs direwind, jawaban yg sangat aneh banget mnrt sy. Dan tdk ada rasa empati dan usaha ke customer yg kehilangan HP. Sy kmdn berlari keluar mencari security kmdn diarahkan ke CS, dr sana ke pos security di basement, bikin laporan dll. Tetap nggak bisa lihat CCTV mall krn katanya mrk vendor dr luar, jd hrs minta ijin security pengelola. Krn proses admin dan approval yg hrs nunggu sekitar 20 mnt lebih, akhirnya ditunjukin video di CCTV lift (dr lift lsng ke toko Flying Tiger), HP masih sy pegang. Akhirnya tim security menemani ke toko FT. Barulah si karyawan mau cek CCTV, waktu pengecekan diarahkan ke pkl 4.46-5 pm. Ngeceknya lama banget donkkkkkk, ada kali 1/2 jam, mungkin kordinasi apakah bs ditunjukkan hasilnya. Krn sy tahu pasti pencurian terjadi di toko ini. Setlh akhirnya keluar dr ruangan CCTV, si mbaknya cuman nunjukin video dan tdk boleh dicopy. Terlihat pelakunya komplotan 3 org Ibu2, wajahnya jelas terlihat. Katanya minta ijin sm atasan dulu, soalnya atasannya gak bisa ditelpon dr td sejak laporan kehilangan. Bilangnya gini: soalnya kan week end mbak. Astagahhhh.....setahu sy kalau toko di mall bukannya hrs pd stand by ya krn justru week end banyak pengunjung bukan? Dr CCTV kelihatan ada 3 ibu2 (sptnya komplotan) yg selalu mengikuti sy di toko, ketika lengah HP diambil dan ngabur. Sy trs2 an mentrack HP lewat google, br bisa kelihatan sebentar ketika proses penelusuran CCTV kelar, HP sdh di wilayah mal Ciputra Jkt. Sementara security vendor yg menemani sy jg tdk bs berbuat apa2, katanya masalah ini sdh jd urusan sy lsng dgn si karyawan Flying Tiger. Kmdn si security vendor lsng permisi dan meninggalkan saya krn shiftnya sdh ganti. Terlalu terlambat proses di mall ini, blm lg karyawan toko yg dr awal nggak mau bantu dan simpati. Sampai kmrn malam jam 10.30 pm pas di WA, katanya video sdh dikasih ke security Mal Pakuwon, nanti mrk yg forward. Tapi sampai hari ini gak ada yg hubungiin sy tuh. Sy DM ke IG Mall Pakuwon Bekasi dan Flying Tiger juga nggak ada yg respon pesan sy, padahal kedua IG bolak balik aktif. Sangat amat mengecewakan pelayanan di mall Pakuwon Bekasi ini dan toko terkait. Smoga ke depannya bisa belajar Service Excellent yaaaaaaaa. Jualan ini penting, tapi lebih penting lagi maintenancenya, biar pelanggan...
