Great Location In the middle of a rice field. During a different time, you'll experience different condition of the rice field, sometimes it's green, sometimes is yellow & ready for harvest. During the night, there's various nature sound, frogs, crickets etc...

Great Service From the moment we came here, until we leave, they provide a really excellent service.

The Pool When I arrive here around 4 P.M, the weather was quite hot, so I fancy myself by dipping into the pool. And it was really refreshing. It's clean & nice. You can also just sit in the pool and enjoy the rice field. In the morning, around 8 A.M, I was expecting a cold water temperature, but to my surprised, the temperature was nice, even though the air temperature is a bit chilly.

The Food. They have several option for breakfast, I've tried 2 of them, and both of them are really nice.

Floating Breakfast You can enjoy your lunch with your partner in the pool. It's really an interesting experience. If you've never had this? you should try it.

Melayang Waterfall There's a waterfall, just around 6-7 minutes. You can find it at google map & read the review there.

Dinner There's several really nice restaurant around here. Just around 5 minutes by car/ bikes.

We arrived in Bali late in the afternoon. It's about 1.5hrs to Kubu Bali Baik and from the moment we arrived, we couldn't have felt more welcome. It was great to just sit and relax over a few Bintangs in the lush tropical surrounds of the villa. Very clean and tidy rooms. Food is great. The staff just couldn't do enough for us. And opening the curtains in the morning to have a coffee on the verandah overlooking the rice fields was awesome. They offer many different activities but the highlight for us was the Balinese cooking class which included a trip to the local produce market. The food we cooked was absolutely delicious. They also offer a down hill bike tour which I didn't get to do but will certainly include on my next visit. Ubud is about 15 minutes away by the hotel coutesy vehicle. They will drop you off and pick you up or if out of hours theyll pick you up for $10 Aussie. Totally enjoyed my stay. Can't wait to go back. Gill, Agnes and the staff make you feel totally at home. Make sure you have a massage at their day spa. Very affordable and excellent massuese. Can't put into words how awesome our stay was. Thankyou again Gill and Agnes. If I could given...

My room on the 2nd floor was fantastic, clean, spacious, peaceful & quiet, with beautiful views of the countryside from the patio. Wonderful time watching roosters, chickens, ducks, dogs, rice fields & coconut trees in the neighbourhood. Very therapeutic and great de-stress experience. Have a big bed all by myself. Staff service at Kubu was great & friendly. Enjoyed talking to the manager/owner of the resort. Villa garden & plants were immaculately nurtured and well taken care of by the gardener. They bloomed beautifully. A great joy to admire at the surroundings. Swimming in the mini pool was enjoyable, cooling & fun! Breakfast prices were reasonable & tasty but it is not included as free though. Only thing was that room's false ceiling lighting was not working. Location of villa was a bit far from Ubud town, especially it took a longer time to get back to villa if there were traffic jams in the evening. And the only road to the villa was...
