Not just Cork, but Munster's best shopping centre. It's Largest shopping centre in Cork with a range of top brand shops and food outlets. One of the many unique features in the shopping centre is that it is also home to Cork's largest cinema, the Omniplex.

The shopping centre has a ground floor an upper floor, with shops that specialise is fashion, footwear, sportswear, health, beauty, accessories, grocery shopping and more. Some of the shops in Mahon Point include Debenhams, Lifestyle Sports, Sketchers, Inglot, Bershka, DIESEL, Pandora, Jack & Jones, Eason's, TESCO, Boots, Next, River Island, Monsoon, ZARA, Tommy Hilfiger, Vodafone, Samsung, Golden Discs and much more.

Eating wise there is a large selection, and the shopping centre even has it's own food-court. This food-court 2 story sit-down area with child play areas. In the food-court the premises serving food are McDonald's, KFC, Hillbilly's, Ginzeng, Abrakebabra, The Bagel Bar Coffee House, and BB's coffee and muffins. Adjacent to the food-court there is more food and restaurants with such places as Nando's, O'Brien's, BB's coffee and muffins and Sorrento. There are smaller food options and beverage options, with Starbucks Coffee, Xpresso Cafe and Insomnia Cafe all located in various points of the shopping centre.

Another telling feature of the shopping centre and a reason for it's huge popularity is it's accessibility. There is parking all around the shopping centre and all parking is completely cost free. The 202 bus from Cork City Centre goes straight into the grounds of Mahon Point Shopping Centre, and the 215 from Cork City Centre brings you just outside the...

Mahon Shopping Centre is a bustling hub in the outskirts of Cork, offering a diverse range of shops, eateries, and entertainment options. As one of the city's largest shopping destinations, it's a popular choice for locals and tourists alike. Pros: Wide Variety of Stores: From high-street fashion brands to department stores and specialty shops, Mahon Shopping Centre caters to a variety of tastes and budgets. Ample Parking: With a large, multi-story car park, finding a parking space is generally easy, even during peak shopping times. Food Court and Restaurants: The food court offers a range of cuisines, from fast food to sit-down dining. There are also several standalone restaurants for those seeking a more leisurely meal. Cinema and Entertainment: The centre features a modern cinema complex, showing the latest films. There are also other entertainment options, such as arcades and children's play areas. Cons: Crowded During Peak Times: Like most shopping centres, Mahon can get quite crowded, especially on weekends and during holiday seasons. Limited Seating in Food Court: The food court can be busy, and finding a seat can be challenging during peak dining times. Higher Prices: Prices in Mahon Shopping Centre may be slightly higher than in some smaller, independent shops. Food is expensive in the food outlets all the usually take aways McDonalds etc. Seating is scarce, if you are going there as a day trip with the family or on your own and are planning on having a meal or a small bite to eat. Besides the restaurants I would recommend taking a stroll or a bus to the local restaurants in the surrounding area of Blackrock. There is four such places only 10 mins away no matter how you travel. On foot bike car or bus. Away from the hustle and bustle. Give you time to gather your thoughts and sit in a relaxing atmosphere definitely worth stopping off at the local places to eat. Just take a look at this photo and it speaks for itself. 21 euros at O'Briens sandwich Cafe compared to 12 euros in the Blackrock Inn similar prices in Ross's Bakery, The Silver Key restaurant and Blackrock Hurling club all local and only 10 minutes journey.

Beautiful shopping centre with loads of goodies. You could spend a whole day in here. There's plenty to keep one busy. Different eateries . You will sure find what catches your fancy in there .๐Ÿ˜ƒ And there's most of the cool clothing shops there too . I like how the owners of this shopping center take Christmas seriously ๐Ÿ˜…. the decor is something to write home about.,๐Ÿ˜ It's beautiful. I always like coming out here Christmas season. Though it's always beautiful. Just special this season ๐Ÿคฃ

We had a great couple of hours with shopping suitable for both of us - the 5 year old and me. She was never bored. We got everything be needed and more and she really enjoyed her chicken nuggets and shake but the best bit was kids zone for her. I was weighted that she was so excited by a few hours in a shopping centre and thought it was a real treat and I could get some chores done at the same time.
