Dukes Coffee Company — Restaurant in Cork

I had an appointment in the matter hospital yesterday so we my husband and i went in for breakfast we ordered a full irish each when it arrived i had a black long hair going across my eggs i brought it back up told them it was disgusting they daid they would do me a fresh breakfast then they came down with my 8.95 that i paid and said they cook from fresh and i would be waiting so i said no as i had an appointment i still really didnt mind at this stage but then the tall bald gentleman said they could take the hair iff yhe egg if i wanted i have never in my life been so horrified that they could even suggest that i would never go there again or recommend anyone else to either and i would also like to point out that not 1 person was wearing a hair net working with food it was just disgusting to even suggest to...

I work in City Gate and any time I go to Dukes which is very seldom these days I have an issue with it, Food is nice but over priced, Coffee is great no issue there, Although my order has been wrong on more than one occasion and with the army of people behind the counter one wonders how.. Today I asked for a smoothie which I got in a coffee cup and no reason why the server passed it to me and just walked away.. Usually staff are fine the Manger lady is lovely. I just feel that for the price of food and the constant mistakes and the fact I now have a soggy cup the place needs to pull up there...

Over priced average food waiting a long time for food got the breakfast pudding was nice sausages were average and very small. tomatoe was nice bacon was over cooked very dry. toast was unedable like concrete and the eggs were over cooked and dry all so tea was separate at €2.90 Was ridiculous for a pot that barely filled a cup I've had breakfast all over the country and I must say this was the most.
