During our recent trip to Ireland, we had the absolute pleasure of being driven by Chris, who was hands down the best chauffeur we could have ever asked for. From the moment we stepped into the vehicle, Chris made us feel incredibly welcome. His warm personality was immediately apparent, and it was clear that he was not just a driver, but someone who genuinely cared about making our experience in Ireland unforgettable. Chris had this amazing ability to connect with every single person in our group. Whether you were in the front seat or sitting in the back, he made sure that everyone felt included in the conversation. His witty jokes and light-hearted humor kept us laughing throughout the entire journey. His storytelling was something out of a novel—he had a way of weaving together the history, culture, and his own personal experiences in a way that was both educational and entertaining. What truly set Chris apart, though, was his ability to read the room. He knew when to crack a joke and when to give us some quiet time to take in the breathtaking scenery of the Irish countryside. He was always respectful of our space and needs, yet somehow managed to feel like part of the group rather than just our driver. Chris also went above and beyond when it came to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. He was always punctual, had an impeccable knowledge of the best routes, and made sure we saw all the hidden gems Ireland had to offer. There were moments when he would pull over at an unplanned stop, just because he knew it would be something we’d love to see. And he was always right! In addition to his professionalism and skill as a driver, Chris had a genuine passion for his job that was infectious. His love for Ireland shone through in everything he did, from the way he spoke about the places we visited to the pride he took in making sure we had the best possible experience. By the end of the trip, it felt like we were saying goodbye to a friend rather than just a chauffeur. In short, Chris made our trip to Ireland an experience we will never forget. Our family trip to Ireland was marred by a huge disappointment as we walked out of the airport expecting the sprinter coach we had reserved and paid for only to have the 7 of us jammed into a mini van for our 8-day tour. We were not given any notice about the change and there was no effort made to deliver on the vehicle we were promised during our tour. Their remedy was to refund a very small percentage of our total paid. I felt very misled by Pat Keogh Chauffeur Service and would warn anyone else against using them. I understand that things happen and vehicles can break down, but they should have told us about the change up front without me having to reach out and ask about the bait & switch. It seemed as though they just didn’t want to give us time to book with another company. And when they could not deliver on the vehicle we reserved during our entire stay, I would have expected a substantial refund for the huge difference in comfort and bad customer service. I brought this up with Pat and Donagh and was ignored.

We had the same situation as the other reviewer - I emailed ahead of time to find the size of the vehicle for our group of 7 so we could pack accordingly. The van we were promised was NOT the van we got. It was much smaller but we had packed for one much larger, resulting in a pretty cramped space.
