Iāve known Brigitte for a long time - we both lived and taught yoga & Pilates in NYC for many years. Brigitteās prenatal Pilates course was much more comprehensive, practical and inspiring than any Pilates course I have taken. She presents anatomy & physiology in a clear way both in manual and through her practical teaching. She takes you through all the movements so we are actually doing them, opposed to looking at pictures in a manual (but she provides those as well so you can return to them). And what is special about her is that she takes time teaching about the emotional component of pregnancy, Labor, birth and postpartum period. She really put her trainees in the mind and body of the women we will serve and that is part of her brilliance.
