For the past 6 years, I was ordering the same Full House pizza always from Ongar store. It's our favourite pizza. Unfortunately for the first time, the pizza was not the same as usual!!!! All ingredients were placed in the middle of the pad. Never ever seen that before! The taste was unusual, not like full house pizza. It wasn't tasty at all.

Either you have new staff working or something is not right in your store. I am your usual customer and now I am very very disappointed...

P.S. I also ordered Meatilicious pizza for the first time today. Can't say that something is wrong with it as I never tried it before, but it wasn't tasty also and ingredients were placed in the middle on pizza.

I'm a fan of dominos for many years until this very incident. I ordered from this particular branch. Right from ordering, the lady on the phone said she couldn't accept card payment because this was my second time ordering as she puts it so I would have to pay at the door. What difference does it make if it was my second or the 10th time ordering? It was embarrassing cos my guest thought I had probably robbed them of pizza or refused to pay in the past.

Eventually the pizza arrived, and a large dip and vegetable was missing. The driver did call the store and ask that they deliver the dip to me cos I had paid for it. We could either wait for the dip and eat a cold pizza or eat the pizza without the garlic dip. By the time the dip arrived, we had already...

The worst dominos in the country. They constantly mess up the order. Every single time. It’s as if your man fires the toppings from a canon onto your pizza. One slice is totally different to the next. The wedges im eating now are totally undercooked ROTTEN! They have messed up my order so many times now I’m starting to lose count. Don’t order large dips folks they will give you the wrong flavour. Don’t ask for double of any topping because if you do your pizza will only contain this topping X 100000000 and only that topping. I have ordered from different dominos in the past and this dominos is 100% the worst. It’s actually a let down for being such an expensive kip. Right rant over no more...
