Really would not recommend anyone to go here so disappointed. It was booked for my 10 year old brother's birthday none of the children enjoyed it as they got split into groups of 4. Also my brother's friend can only eat gluten free food we told them this prior to today and we reminded them today as well about the child being only allowed gluten-free food they then told us that they don't get the food from Domino's anymore as Domino's keep letting them down and I asked where they get the food from and they said Dunnes stores so we asked them could they get gluten-free wedges and gluten-free goujons for the young lad and they came back and said there was no gluten-free food in Dunnes stores so they got the child a pot of fruit while the other ten kids around him had pizza. they didn't care and still charged my mother full price and made out he knocked €20 off the price which he definitely did not he knocked at the most €10. and lastly the pizza was Dunnes stores brand pizza not that there is anything wrong with that at all but when you're paying €20 per person your expecting a lot more for the price you pay. most certainly do not recommend this place to absolutely anyone!!!!!!! as far as I can see it's only about the money and not about the care for the people that are actually going into the place. Only giving one star because obviously I have to give something but if I could give none I...
Read moreWe recently brought a group of 85 people to Pure Skill Galway for a team-building event, and it could not have gone better. The setup was fantastic, the variety of activities meant that every single person, regardless of age or fitness level, could get involved and enjoy themselves. It’s rare to find something that genuinely caters for such a wide mix of people, but this did exactly that.
From the moment we arrived, the lads were brilliant, so welcoming, patient, and incredibly accommodating with such a big crowd. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made sure everything ran smoothly for us. The whole group had an absolute ball, with plenty of laughs and a bit of friendly competition along the way.
If you’re looking for something fun, inclusive, and brilliantly organised for a large group, I couldn’t recommend Pure Skill Galway highly enough. A top-class experience from...
Read moreNot worth it. We had visited a few years ago while on holiday and decided to revisit today. It is a shell of what it was. Broken down machinery and terrible quality equipment. Balls are half deflated and hurleys are all split and taped together. The baseball which was the best part has become glitchy and erratic. We were given a safety talk at the start do not go past the nets. Ten minutea later we asked for balls to be collected so we could play and told to get them ourselves . Staff are disinterested and stand around talking. Used to be a greatplace for a rainy day but not worth the money anymore. It was €125 for us for two hours and we all left...
