I recently visited Vue Cinema in Limerick, and I just have to say – Jaydon made my experience absolutely fantastic! 🎥🍿 From the moment I walked through the doors, Jaydon greeted me with the warmest smile and a genuinely friendly attitude. 😊
Jaydon's professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch. They patiently helped me choose the best seats 🎟️, explained the different movie options 🎬, and even gave some great snack recommendations (the nachos were a winner! 🧀🌮). It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to make sure every part of your visit is enjoyable, but Jaydon did just that.
What stood out most was how calm and composed they were, even when the cinema got busier. 🏃♂️🍿 Jaydon managed to assist everyone quickly while still making each customer feel valued. It’s clear they’re not just doing a job – they’re passionate about what they do, and it shows.
Thank you, Jaydon, for turning an ordinary cinema trip into an unforgettable experience! 🙌 Vue Cinema is lucky to have someone as dedicated and talented as you on their team. I’ll definitely be back soon, and I hope to see...

The cinema is always freezing!!! when you pay a crazy price for a ticket and food you shouldn't have to sit down and bloody rattle with the cold, I went to see bumblebee this week and you could see everyones breath like clouds of vapour!! And its been like that a good while, just turn on the heating we pay more than enough!!!! foods definitely gone more expensive as well! SuperTuesdays is also gone instead I'm told I must get there app get a code and do it some pure complicated way etc etc etc # bringbacksupertuesday!! So I can just buy a ticket in person! And finally please please PLEASE! get rid of pick you're seats on the screen it's pure rubbish I prefer to see when I go in myself and pick a seat that suits me when I'm inside I've asked family friends and colleagues this and all said the same so why do it! Because you're customers definitely don't like it and I've no problem going somewhere else...
Read moreThe vue cinema is a wonderful resource that we have in our area and I often enjoy going to watch the newest movie there which admittedly I have not done in a few months. However on this occasion I was disappointed on how dilapidated the building has gone. We watched the gladiator in screen 5. The room was extremely dirty with left over rubbish from the previous viewing squished in the seats. The chair i sat on row H seat 7 was so squeaky that I had to move seats or I would have disturbed the whole room every time I dared to move. The bathrooms are badly in need of a revamp - missing locks on doors, toilet paper dispensers blocked and broken and only a trickle of ice cold water available from the bathroom taps and again hygiene not up to standard. But worst of all despite bringing a hot water bottle and wearing my coat throughout the movie - I nearly died with the cold. The vue charges a premium rate and cost 2 of us €50.12 for tickets, 2 popcorn, 2 drinks, 2 bags of sweets. For that price I do expect a clean, comfortable and...
