KFC — Restaurant in Limerick

I was going here a lot for a long time with no problems but the last 3 times I've went its been an absolute disaster. I went inside to eat, used the machines to put in my order and went to the till to pay, I stood there for 20 minutes and no one would help me or even look in my direction only focused on the drive through so I left. I put in a complaint on the website and they gave me a tenner voucher. So I went again and was left waiting in the drive through for 10+ mins when they said "2 minutes please" so I left again as I thought they forgot about me. I went today for my now final time and again waited ages at the drive through even though it wasn't busy. They took my order and I repeated it back to them to make sure they understood the order as they seemed to have difficulty understanding what I was saying. I got to the window and they were giving me a wrong order so I had to tell them they're giving me the wrong items, so I had to wait again. When I got the food it was still wrong as we had asked for no salad in one burger and instead they gave us a completely plain burger with no sauce and the other burger had a literal dot of mayo on it under about 2 strands of lettuce. Never ever again am I returning to this location, which is a shame as it was great at the beginning! The staff has become complacently lazy and have a hard time understanding what people are saying, if someone is just learning English please don't put them in charge of the drive through as it's really stressful for the employee and especially the customer who has to deal with the consequences. We all need to learn but if their English isn't great/very broken then don't put them in charge of order taking. Management needs a major overhaul here as they cannot manage their staff appropriately and are not running the business effectively, I feel bad for the staff as they are clearly...

Worst part of our 1 day Kerry - Galway round trip. Do NOT go there as a family, they can't handle you!! 2 adults and 3 kids, normal order, scatty, panicked and totally incapable the time we visited. Prior times we have gone to Chidlers road, a bit like an Irish eastenders but never an issue with food. This place literally sucks, will never go back. Could tell they were "flipping out" with an order for 5 when I had to collect, 5 mins after our order was supposedly ready to collect - the burgers were not ready, took another 10 mins to get it, told hubby to check the order given their mannerism, missing a lot of stuff, my daughter also ordered a mighty bucket for one but it was served on a tray. She was the youngest so she started crying, long trip, tired, I asked for an empty bucket, as in the picture, manager finally got the point after telling me the tray was the way they served it, suddenly my eldest daughter noticed everyone got buckets. Missing corn, missing beans, when I went to collect the missing items, I was absolutely ignored for 10 whole minutes until I had to get loud and obvious, driving from Galway, family trip, supposed to be chilled, messed up our homecoming, had to point out my food was getting cold, can I sort out the problem? The manager, lady with the fancy black fleece - don't know why she is that, it was a tall lad who clearly wasn't given priority and was working like a donkey that sorted us out, fair dues, give the boy a raise.
