Read moreA very pleasant location for short easy walks, or longer and more testing routes. There was plentiful free parking. The coffee shop was closed on the Tuesday we visited. The park is well maintained, largely litter free and refreshingly, we saw no dog mess on the trails. There is also an impressive playpark. There is quite a lot of birdlife to be seen, eg, Robins, Blue Tits, Great Tits, Moorhens, Teal Ducks and Mute Swans We particularly liked the The Yew Tree walk although it takes a bit of walking to get there.
