Delivered my dish minus the rice, called the branch and told they would send the rice straight away. I told them there is probably no point as the dish will be cold but he insisted it would be send right away. 45 minutes later we get a knock on the door. The driver says "I know your meal is probably finished so here's a bottle of coke". I didnt want a bottle of coke. Wont be ordering again. It's not my first bad experience with Camille but it will be my last.

Update: I recieved an email from their support saying a manager would contact me about about it. If there is no contact to email them back. Didnt recieve a contact from the manager. Emailed the customer support back. They didnt respond. Terrible service from start to finish. Stick with Mao or your local chinese. They will look after you better. Definitely...

Purchased food from the Camile Lucan branch and when I tried to eat it, there was a bad smell off it. When I ate the chicken the taste was awful and it seemed like it was gone off. We called Camile Lucan who werent helpful at all. After some discussion they said they would come to the house to collect it. I took the nearly full container out of the bin and they took it away and we called them 30 minutes later to ask for our refund. We were told that there would be no refund and the chicken was fine. It most certainly was not. They were being very smart with us with a complete disregard for the fact that we paid money for a product that was gone off and now back with them! Do not order from this place unless you want food poisoning and a headache from rude staff. Would give zero stars if google...
