The Worst Customer Service of my Life. I ordered food from Rico's every week for a long time. Tonight I order as usual, they forgot my coke and garlic sauce, I called and explained the situation and after speaking with a very unhelpful guy on the phone, I wasn't happy so I asked for a refund.

At this stage the store was closed but the delivery driver still came back and I received my refund once I had given them back the food.

10 minutes later the guy from the chipper called me on my phone to tell me that I'm a liar and that I stole the garlic sauce. Every time I spoke, he spoke over me. He was completely out of line with his co-workers laughing in the background. I am absolutely shocked that any company would call me up after hours and accuse me of stealing a garlic sauce of all things. They all got a great laugh on my expense.

Rude Staff and Even Worse...

Honestly a really consistent joint, great service nice and easygoing.

I've collected out of here allot and it's always been really quick and handy they are spot-on with the times I've never waited for more than 1-2 min and I usually arrive early.

The food is for the most part solid, I've had a few undercooked burgers but with the consistency of everything else Ill let that slide.

They are affordable and the selection is decent without being overwhelming.

If you live near the top of the town this is a must try place as it's Really just very convenient and affordable.

Overall I'd give the food. 4/5 it's consistently good food never really hits the spot to be called great but I've never been...

What an amazing fast food restaurant! Let me start with the staff who went out of there way to help. We were late picking up the food but they dished up fresh chips on the spot when we arrived. We had made a big order and because of this they had thrown in a few dips and a drink for no extra cost. They offered to help me bring the food to the car. The best service I have recieved in a long time! The food speaks for itself, I myself had the goujons and chips and they were delicious! They were so fresh and the portions was big. I live 2 and a half hours away and I would make the drive again just to get this food! Keep up the amazing work guys you put a big smile on...
