If you are any way into history or architecture, this church is a must see in Youghal. The church dates back to the 12th century and is in excellent condition, even the original wooden roof is in place. It is insane that it is still standing, let alone in such good condition. Beautiful just to walk the grounds, but the inside is even better, as it is set up to be like a museum with lots of detail about its history and the artifacts found during renovation.
