Not sure what to say, entrance was easy... I asked the info center where electrical cables were located and he proceeded to answer to my friend. I was speaking in Italian but for some reason he thought he had to answer the question that i asked to my friend (another americano, but not black) ... The ignorance of a populous is no reflection of the store... However, that ignorance will cost them a star lol... Btw i stopped listening to his instructions after he would not answer to me ... LoL things like that happen in Naples, it's not a problem, but it is rather annoying... Se qualcuno di voi volete sapere di cosa parlo, ti posso far sapere... 09Dic2021 verso le 1330 ... You can't make this ish...

Well furnished, but bad customer service.

In store pick up bought online slow slow slow. Staff not helpful, not even willing to bring you to the right aisle. Asked once, twice, third time I just do on my own.

On the Pros: Big, every section has limitless options for whatever tools you are looking for. Just toilet seats selection is limited.

Self service checkout limited to 10 items, sounds ridiculous when you have small items and you have to do long queue. A bit a common sense!

Good parking but...

I wish I would have read some of the reviews here before deciding to purchase things to renovate our house. This store is run by a bunch of robbers! We have spent over 3,000€ on products to renovate our bathroom 2 months ago and have yet to receive what we bought! We call them nearly every day trying to get out things delivered to us and they always give us the run around on the phone. Nothing changes. We lost our money and do not have what we bought. I think now we have to...
