Dit is een hele mooie plek om vanuit vanuit Cannobio naar toe te wandelen. Je wordt daar beloond met een geweldig uitzicht over het Lago Maggiore aan de ene kant en de Zwitserse Alpen aan de andere kant (bij helder weer uiteraard ;-). Zonder meer de moeite van de klim waard!

Cima incantevole sul lago maggiore .ideale per una scarpinata senza troppa difficoltà. Per raggiungerla è sufficiente parcheggiare l'auto nel parcheggio di fronte l'auxologico, costeggiarlo e la s ciarlo alla propria destra seguendo il sentiero.

La vera cima a 1311mt del Morissolo, dove in verità le Tre Croci rappresentano il punto più panoramico e gratificante della zona. Ci si arriva da Colle, da Alpe Morissolo o da Alpe Ronno o Piancavallo. Nelle vicinanze anche la Linea Cadorna con gallerie e una esposta ascesa alle Tre Croci. Possibilità di fermarsi sotto gli alberi per riposarsi. A Colle una fontana di acqua potabile a differenza di quella presente sulla Linea Cadorna. Ah, non badate alle capre che spesso sono spettatori...
